Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Studio G salon & spa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provide the best quality and excellent service for our established and future clientele.


General Salon Services
If you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice with notification (text, email, or voice mail)  you will be required to pay a late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the service requested.  
Thereafter you will also be required to complete one of the following:

  1. Pay a Re-booking Fee(50% of services booked)which will be deducted from your future service(s).
  2. Pre-Pay for your future service(s) in FULL.
  3. Secure Future bookings with a credit card on file.
Here at Studio G salon & spa we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Salon members are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-show, the next appointment will require a deposit upon your reservation.


Tardiness is a major disruption to our day to day operations.  If you are late for your appointment, the stylist will make a decision if she can still perform your service, your service time may be shortened as not to cause her to be tardy for her next client who is on time or cancelled all together depending on the situation, in which you would be required to pay 50% of your service.


Cancellations are accepted via voice mail 309-944-1000, text message or email  The 24-hour and  48-hour cancellation notice still apply.
